	SIGN UP To keep your details for your next purchase(s), you need to sign up.You have to provide detailed information regarding your shipping addredss, mobile phone, etc. You are required to give current accurate and true information to us. We will keep your information privately.	ORDERS You can order any of our products as long as they are still available. Producst in high demand may sell out really quickly, so please note that items in your shopping bag are not reserved. You have to check out to make sure you purchase the product. You can not add more items to your shopping bag ONCE you check out. We can not modify/add producsts for you. You have to re-order again to make a purchase if you don not want to pay double shipping fees. You can not reserve any product to us. We have the rights not giving you reservations. We only accepet orders from customers who live in Indonesia. For foreign customers, you can mail to cs@misla-webstore.com
	PRICING POLICY Prices shown on our webstore are in Indonesian Rupiah(Rp). Price may change if there are some conditions happens to us.
	PAYMENT Payment can be made via bank transfer (Bank Central Asia(BCA) / Bank Mandiri). You have to confirm (via webstore) to validate your purchase.
		ORDER PROCESSING We reserve the right not to process your order if we are unable to validate your payment due to reasons such as different accounts personal name or incomplete payment. We also reserve a right not to process your order if product in condition of out of stock and somehow the system fails/errors. We will refund your payment completely.
	EXCHANGE POLICY We can not exchange goods purchased because of dislike of the colors/style.
	COLORS We have tried our best to give the most accurate colors in the computer screen. But due to different monitor display, the colors may appear differently.
		RETURN POLICY You should email us whitin 3 days after you receive the product. Please provide information why you want to return the product. We will response to your email and ONLY after you get the email response you can returen the product and we will give you the designated address (JAKARTA). You will then have 14 days beginning after you receive our email response to send it back. Products have to be remained unused and keep all the tags and packing with them. If after 14 days the goods are not received by us, we have authority to refund your purchase as Store Credit 3 months. Exception can be made if the goods can not be received because of the shipping companys or our fault. You can ask JNE to pick up your items if you are too busy to deliver your goods to JNE. Please call 0800-1-563-563 to book a pick up. If the product you returned is sold out and we can not replace it with new one, we will refund your money via Bank Transfers.
	REFUND Your refund will be transfered to your bank account which you have to provide with your complete name and details. Refund will include shipping costs.
	IMPORTANT NOTICE Items should be returned new, unused, unwashed (we will notice it) and with all garments tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
	COMMERCIAL USE This site is not far any commercial use. You may not copy, display, reproduce, publish, create derivative works, and sell any content or products withing this site. You are prohibited to use our content for any advertising use/commercial use for your own site.
		AGREEMENT You agree that you will be responsible for your activity in this webstore. If we notice that you are or have been related in prohibited acftivities or violated our Terms and Conditions, we may deny your access to this webstore on temporary or permanent basis. If you violate Terms and Conditions and we take not action against you, we will still be entitled to use our right in any other situation where you violate the Terms and Conditions.We are not responsible for lossed not caused by our faults or indirect losses caused by shipping company or force majeure. We will be responsible for your losses only if we violated our Terms and Conditions.
